The EVERSANA/Meitheal Pharmaceutical Sales Representative will achieve territory sales goals by promoting XENLETA to physicians as well as other medical personnel within their assigned geography. The Representative will educate physicians and office staff on the use, characteristics, advantages, indicated treatments, and all other developments related to promoted products. The Representative will professionally represent our client in the field and ensure high levels of visibility and customer satisfaction in the territory. The Representative will maintain effective communication and relationships with key external and internal customers.  This position is responsible for achieving both territory product sales goals and territory sales activity goals through company defined metrics.EVERSANA Deployment Solutions offers our employees competitive compensation, paid time off, company paid holidays, excellent training, employee development programs, 401K plan with an employer match, and an incredible list of comprehensive employer benefits that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance along with a whole host of other valuable programs.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Our employees are tasked with delivering excellent business results through the efforts of their teams.  These results are achieved by:Achieve territory product sales goals while maintaining adherence to ethical sales practices, compliance guidelines, and all applicable promotional regulationsEffectively promote and educate targeted physicians and healthcare professionals (HCPs) on the use of XENLETA through one-on-one meetings, group presentations, company-approved speaker programs, and other sanctioned methodsMaintain a field presence five days per week, with office time as needed for call planning, customer follow-up, presentation preparation, appointment scheduling, and report generationEnsure high levels of call activity and field productivityExecute company-approved marketing strategies and support regional and territory business plan initiativesUtilize approved resources, sales materials, and promotional activities to support targeted customers as directed by sales leadershipImplement and track territory strategy through annual territory business plans, regional business plans, and call activity reportsSubmit accurate and timely documentation, including sales call activities, territory expenses, and written reports, in accordance with leadership-defined deadlinesAttend all required company-sponsored sales and medical meetingsBalance individual sales responsibilities with participation in regional projects, maintaining strong sales performanceDemonstrate proficiency in core competencies and a solid level of sales influence within the territoryTravel throughout the territory, including overnight, as needed to meet call plan objectivesConsistently demonstrate strong knowledge of the disease state, product, competitive landscape, and market dynamicsUnderstand and navigate territory-specific access and managed care requirementsPerform all other duties as assigned.#LI-CG1
