Job DescriptionOur client is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team!This will be a 3-month paid internship that will give a junior technician the opportunity to work in a commercial setting under a Senior Building Engineer.The Maintenance Technician provides maintenance support and is accountable for delivering on our commitments to our commercial tenant.
Completes service request in a timely manner.
Has knowledge of various maintenance functions including and not limited to plumbing, air conditioning, heating, electrical, painting, caulking, scheduling, and life safety issues.
Schedules preventative maintenance and records such activities.
Provide superior customer service and represents the company in a professional manner at all times.

2+ years of related experience - HVAC certified
