In this role you will get to create compelling visuals for a number of major transportation projects .What You'll Be Doing:
Create visuals to support public involvement and communications for diverse transportation projects
Develop content for monthly social media calendars including graphics and motion graphics
Create meeting materials including project display boards, presentations, handouts, signage and more
Develop a variety of collateral materials including handouts, fliers, postcards, website graphics, charts, tables and more, adhering to brand standards
Create unique logos and brand standards
Assist in proposal development including layout and supporting graphics
Meet deadlines while working in a collaborative environment
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
4-year degree or associates degree in design, visual communications or related field or completion from an accredited design/graphics course
2+ years of related design experience
Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator
Demonstrated creativity and professionalism and strong organizational skills
Ability to distill complex ideas into compelling visuals
Strong knowledge of design principles and print and digital standards
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while producing high-quality work
Exemplary professional attitude and demonstrated ability to exercise excellent customer service and support
Collaborative attitude is a plus as you work closely with the public involvement team
Experience working in public sector communications and graphics is highly desirable
Experience with transportation and/or other large infrastructure projects desirable
