EPIC Care Ambulatory – RevCycle TrainerLocation: Indianapolis, IN W2 salary up to $110k Job Description:This resource will need to be on site and have experience in EpicCare Ambulatory clinical and/or revcycle training.The IS Educator I delivers onsite training and development programs to all levels of end users to enable them to effectively use the information technology tools and applications required to perform their jobs.This position partners with end users and application groups to analyze training needs and design documentation, classes, workshops, and computer-based training to support Alliance information technology solutions.The Educator delivers training to a variety of audiences, understanding and applying adult learning principles.This position provides a set of products and services that enable client to collect, organize, and access various types of knowledge.Training Delivery- Delivers classroom instruction to a variety of audiences, understanding and applying adult learning principles. - Creates materials to provide on-the-job assistance with an application or skill. Includes, but is not limited to tip sheets, FYI’s, and quick reference guides. Cross-Training
- Completes cross-training in multiple platform applications. Desk Side Reviews
- Completes desk side reviews and shadowing of departments to gather knowledge for training. Certifications, Licensures or Registry Requirements Understanding how workflow decisions translate to application configurations
