Indiana also maintains its place as one of the top 5 provider friendly states.HighlightsCommunity Physician Network is seeking a BE/BC Palliative Medicine Physician to join our compassionate and highly experienced palliative care team. Currently the team includes four physicians, twelve APRNs, five LCSWs, five RNs, four Mas and several compassionate administrators over 5 hospitals and sites of care.
