HIRING NOW - Administrative AssistantJob DescriptionAs an Administrative Assistant, you will create sales orders, issue purchase orders, create packing slips, maintain customer files, and issue invoices in a timely manner. You will track orders, schedule product delivery, manage inventory, and perform additional administrative functions as necessary. Effective communication with vendors to ensure timely order processing and follow-up is crucial. You will work in a team environment, coordinating with multiple departments on sales transactions.This is a day shift role on the east side of Indianapolis!Hard Skills
