Description A financial services company headquartered in Carmel has an immediate opportunity for an Accounting Specialist on a full-time, project basis for a project estimated to last 3+ months. This role will train in office all 5 days, then allow remote work 1 day a week once fully trained. Company offers excellent training, excellent benefits and a fun work culture. Day to Day Job Duties:
Processing check deposits
Reconciling bank accounts
Processing refunds and check requests
Maintaining customer records
Requirements
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within the Financial Services industry Proficiency in using MS Great Plains Dynamics or similar software preferred Experience in cash applications Strong data entry skills Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive informationRobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
