ABOUT THE JOB As the Production Supervisor – Materials you will lead and supervise associates’ activities to ensure individual member goals are achieved in support of the team goals.YOUR ROLE:Supervise approximately 30 associatesLead focus on safety and environmental initiativesDevelop, train and empower associatesMaintain and encourage focus on quality and customer serviceIdentify cost reduction opportunitiesSupport continuous improvement initiativesInteract as a liaison between other departmentsSupport new product launchesManage resources to meet departmental goalsEnforce policies and proceduresLead Associate through team concept and mentor growth in a fast-paced environment.Develop team to grow and support business unit growth
