In this position, you’ll have the opportunity to: Develop manufacturing team to focus on growth portion of the Therma-Tru business.  Incumbent will focus on developing manufacturing processes that are driven by engaged associates using safe manufacturing practices, quality principles and productive processes.  This manager will engage Product Engineering to collectively assure manufacturability of the product to meet our customers’ expectations.Key Responsibilities:Develop team to grow and support business unit growth to $250MM+.Drive positive trends and variance in flexible cost structure.Drive improvements in operations (area of Safety, Quality, Customer Service Index, Cost Drive Initiatives, Housekeeping, and Leadership).Drive and become a Champion of OEE metrics and improvement plans.Drive improvements and simplification process to control inventory accuracy and minimize transactions to process material in production of door Units.Develop robust processes and leverage processes to be productive.Drive support resources to understand product-manufacturing issues that impact environmental, safety, quality, and productivity.Interface with Product Management and Supply Chain to assure suppliers of components are meeting quality expectations and delivered on time to support CSI.Support and drive 100% on-time delivery.Become a Change Agent and have a Passion for Winning.
