Sr. Accountant

Description We are looking for a Senior Accountant to join one of our fast-growing clients in the West Metro. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the application of revenue recognition, preparing financial statements, and working with operational leaders to develop annual budgets. This position also involves engaging with internal management to analyze key drivers of revenue and expenses and provide related forecasts for strategic decisions. Requirements Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of accounting, particularly in a high tech engineering industry Proficiency in revenue recognition is essential Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required Must possess a professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or equivalent Strong knowledge of financial reporting and other accounting standards (GAAP, IFRS) Proficiency with accounting software and applications Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are required Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment High attention to detail and accuracy in all work Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
