Description We are offering a position as a 3RD SHIFT Inventory Clerk in the manufacturing industry located in THORNTON, Illinois. This role entails maintaining and managing inventory in a warehouse environment. You will be expected to work collaboratively with various departments, ensuring accurate inventory records and efficient production process.Responsibilities: Accurately process and reconcile orders, ensuring the accuracy of both finished goods and raw materials. Maintain strong communication with the production department to ensure accurate documentation and reporting of production. Investigate any inventory discrepancies or issues that occur during operations. Monitor all staging locations used during daily operations and report any discrepancies. Carry out clerical duties such as reporting daily activities and metrics from each production day. Maintain good contact with production department to ensure proper communication and documentation of production reporting. Balance out each process order of finished product for each production run. Balance out each process order of raw and packaging materials for each production run. Verify and correct all returns and reconcile each staging and line location. Communicate with shift leads and supervisors for any process order discrepancy and log and report all discrepancies. Other duties as may be assigned or volunteered for.Skills: Proficiency in MS Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Experience in Cycle Count Knowledge in Daily Production Familiarity with Annual InventoryRequirements Proven experience in a manufacturing inventory management role Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Familiarity with cycle count procedures Ability to manage daily production records Experience in conducting annual inventory audits Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Detail-oriented with high accuracy in work Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Knowledge of inventory software and databases Ability to lift heavy items when necessary Willingness to work in different shifts if required High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
