Supports risk policy and procedure owners and risk program Subject Matter Experts in updating their policies and procedures, socializing proposed changes and obtaining approvals.Responsibilities· Supports the business with policy and procedure standardization, quality, and completeness.· Ensures adherence to governance requirements and guidance.· Reports status and escalates delays to senior management.· Eliminates redundancies and establishes consistency in usage of defined terms.Minimum QualificationsAt a minimum, here is what we need from you:· Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Business Administration and Management, Communications, English Studies or related field· 2+ years of experience in Customer Services, Financial Services, Operations Strategy/Execution, Technical Writing, or related field· In lieu of a degree, 4+ years of experience in Customer Services, Financial Services, Operations Strategy/Execution, Technical Writing, or related fieldPreferred QualificationsIf we had our say, we would also look for:· Process or Project Management experienceApplication Deadline:The application window for this position is anticipated to close on Aug-11-2024.
