Medical Reimbursement Specialist

Description Robert Half's client, near Oak Brook, is looking for a Medical Reimbursement Specialist to join their growing team. The Medical Reimbursement Specialist will be responsible for the following: Receive and process insurance reimbursement verification (IVR) requests from customers and conduct verifications communicating results back to customers in a timely manner. Assist customers with reimbursement claim denials. Field and respond to insurance billing and claims questions from customers. Maintain current knowledge of insurance reimbursement marketplace and environment. Research medical policy information on behalf of customers as requested. Receives and responds to customer inquiries and processes customer or distributor orders. Manage reimbursement specific onboarding of new customers. Provides timely responses to all internal and external stakeholders.
