Job DescriptionInsight Global is seeking a Hardware Automation Tester to help with firmware testing at one of our largest chemical clients in the country. This role is going to be supporting a major project the organization has been working on for years and will be working with 4 other QAs on this project. You'll be testing embedded firmware, systems that are connected to circuit boards. 5+ years of automated testing experience within firmware/hardware (Non-Selenium)
Extensive experience programming in C and Python
Unix/Linux environment experience, specifically with Linux Command Line
Experience in white-box testing
Experience working independently while also asking questions when there is something you don't understand - 2+ years of developing/testing embedded software applications
Familiarity with Gerkin/Jenkins/Cucumber
Testing experience in ARM based microcontrollers, such as ST Micro, NXP, or Silicon Labs EFM
Experience with Agile methodologies
DevOps mindset experience null
