Customer Service Representative

Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in Lombard, Illinois. In the manufacturing industry, this role involves processing customer applications, maintaining customer records, and resolving customer inquiries. Responsibilities: Respond to incoming calls professionally and promptly, ensuring clear and grammatically correct communication. Handle customer inquiries related to photo enforcement programs, conducting thorough research and troubleshooting as necessary. Make detailed notes in the RedCheck system regarding each customer interaction. Alert the Team Lead to any escalated issues in a timely manner. Support customers in processing credit card transactions for violation payments. Regularly check work email and other company communication channels. Carry out miscellaneous duties as assigned. Requirements Ability to effectively handle inbound calls and provide exceptional customer service. Prior experience with call center customer service is preferred. Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality service. Proficient in data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Experience with email correspondence, demonstrating good written communication skills. Ability to manage both inbound and outbound calls efficiently. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and spreadsheet management. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, including document creation and formatting. Experience with order entry, ensuring accuracy and timely processing. Ability to schedule appointments, demonstrating good organizational skills.
