Sr. Customer Service Representative

Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Sr. Customer Service Representative in the manufacturing industry based in LOMBARD, Illinois. In this role, you will be primarily focused on providing top-notch customer service by handling customer calls and inquiries. You'll play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction and ensuring smooth operation of our customer service department.Responsibilities: Handle incoming calls professionally, ensuring customer inquiries are resolved promptly and accurately Utilize system violation software and call center phone systems to research customer inquiries Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions Assist in the training and monitoring of other call center representatives Support customers in completing credit card transactions for violation payments Regularly check work email and other company communication channels Aid in the hiring and onboarding process of new call center representatives Participate in annual performance appraisals of employees and issue disciplinary warnings when necessary Process other duties as assigned by the Call Center Manager. Requirements Proficiency in various computer programs. Experience with CRM tools essential. Capable of efficient data processing. Familiarity with Epic Software required. Profound knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning. Comfortable with using About Time for project management. Proven track record of answering inbound calls in a detail oriented manner. Understanding of benefit functions. Ability to handle billing functions. Experience in claim administration is desirable.The salary range for this position is $20.50 to $20.50 Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
