Accounting Manager

Description We are seeking an Accounting Manager to join our team in LISLE, Illinois. In this role, you will be responsible for executing a variety of accounting functions, including the closing of financials, month-end procedures, and general accounting tasks. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Manage and oversee the closing of financials since the beginning of the year Execute month-end close processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting Utilize accounting software systems and ERP to manage financial data Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable operations to maintain financial accuracy Conduct auditing procedures to identify and correct financial discrepancies Manage billing functions to ensure timely and accurate invoicing Utilize your general accounting knowledge to perform various accounting tasks Assist with other tasks as needed within the accounting department.
