Job Description
Official Title: Assistant Director of Clinical & Safety ServicesIn most centers this is called/titled an Assistant Director of Nursing (“ADON”) or a Unit Manager.
The Position: This person will directly assist our DON in reshaping the team, staffing structures and help spearhead the overall change management. This will involve supervising clinical initiatives, QA, monitoring metrics and above all impacting patient satisfaction.Qualifications
What we need from you:- 3-5+ years of experience as an ADON / Assistant Director of Nursing, Charge Nurse or Nursing Supervisor in a skilled nursing facility
- Registered Nurse (RN)
- Skilled in managing a team in the subacute floor/unit and or a memory care unit
- You should have extensive IDPH survey experience and a strong understanding of SNF regulations
- Strong time management & technology skills (you are “Tech Savvy”)
We prefer prior experience as an (adon) assistant director of nursing. But this would be a great promotional opportunity for a unit manager, nursing supervisor, charge nurse, nurse supervisor or nurse manager.
