This is a full time position with hours M-F 8:30am-5:00pm. This position requires in-person working at our Libertyville office and is not a remote position. Essential Duties And Responsibilities:

Compile property transaction files for contracts and verify the information

Obtain missing information as required

Compile buyer/listing packets

Answer phones

Open and distribute daily courier items

Distribute and prepare incoming and outgoing mail

General office support functions including greeting customers and maintaining office appearance

Pull MLS reports as directed

Data entry in multiple platforms

Clean and sanitize work areas and office equipment

Qualifications:

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to multi-task & prioritize

Strong computer skills - including Google platform and Microsoft Office

Social media savvy (FB, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)

Canva and Photoshop experience a plus

Attention to detail - accuracy

Ability to work independently and with a team

Professional appearance

Proactive

Ability to learn new tasks quickly

Skills & Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent required

Previous Real Estate experience preferred

Administrative Assistant experience preferred
