Description Job Description:We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager to oversee the transition of Core Diagnostics assays to a new regulatory scheme. In this role, you will be responsible for managing deliverables from cross-functional teams, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope. The ideal candidate will have a background in project management, preferably within the in vitro diagnostics (IVD) industry, and possess strong organizational, communication, and technical skills.Responsibilities:
Manage deliverables from cross-functional teams for the transitioning of Core Diagnostics assays.
Collaborate with project sponsors, business units, and users to identify project scope and requirements.
Develop and monitor project initiatives, plans, processes, and tools.
Assign, guide, and monitor project staff to ensure project success.
Deliver quality project solutions within defined budgets and timelines.
Provide expert project guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
Track, report, and present project progress to management and stakeholders.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) required; degree in bio-medical or chemistry field preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Project and Excel software.
Strong organizational skills with an emphasis on attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in the healthcare industry or a science background is a plus.
Experience in IVD or regulatory affairs preferred.

Overtime compensation: Hours over 40 will be paid at Time and a Half.
