Our large Public Accounting client is seeking a PC Shipping and Receiving Coordinator to assist their Downers Grove location. This is a contract-to-hire role that requires in-office M-F in Downers Grove.Job duties:- Package and ship all build assets for new hires, refresh, and hard down assets.- Document tracking and asset information in the ship list spreadsheet.- Package and ship all requests for portable monitors.- Process laptops by following the Depot Process Return Laptops document.- Clean and test all Computers and Portable monitors.- During downtime prep for high volume weeks. (Build boxes, prepack items, ETC)- Keep inventory for shipping items.#pcit
