Located in the Downers Grove, Illinois, area, this Desktop Support Analyst role is long-term contract / temporary in nature.What you get to do every day
Preserve, inspect, and mend computer systems, hardware, printers, and computer peripherals
Provide support on a variety of computer hardware and software issues by identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems
Administer computer desktop support in accordance with established policies and procedures
Support records of daily data communication transactions, issues and remedial actions taken or installation activities
Match hardware repairs with the appropriate vendors
Fix computer problems, and recommend appropriate action/solutions
Meet regularly and effectively with ticket submitters Requirements - Ability to quickly write reports, business correspondence, user instructions, and procedure manuals
Desktop Support experience
Support Tickets experience highly desired
Solid understanding of Break Fix
Proven knowledge of Equipment Maintenance
End-User Support experience required
Support Tickets experience preferred
Well-founded grasp of DeCommisioning
