Lead the Inside Sales Center of Excellence supporting revenue generation for Moen’s 200+ field sales organization through Project Opportunity Management & Account Management. Responsibilities:Lead multi-layered team of 25+ by modeling a collaborative environment ensuring efficient use of resources through Moen’s Customer Success Team approach.Collaborate with RMs on customer coverage through segmentation best practices ensuring field sellers time is focused on Moen’s highest value customers with the inside team resources leading post sales activities.Ensure team is aligned to business strategies through cascading clear and concise O&M’s.Coach managers on project & account management best practices.Leverage SAP/CRM solution as a teammate by creating SOPs and leveraging Inside team as subject matter experts.Extend COE capabilities to key business partners, ie Moen Retail, House Of Rohl.Monitor Teams’ business results and report out regularly with Sales Leadership.Collaborate with cross functional disciplines on day-to-day execution and alignment. (Pricing, Canada Sales, IT, Customer Service, etc.)Identify Process Improvements that drive efficiencies and/or increase revenue generation and work with Sales Leadership to implement highest value opportunities across broader business.Responsible for technical & selling skills training & development, building a flexible and responsive environment and a talent pipeline for field sales.
