Requirements:
Must have Transportation Safety experience to be consider for the position.( open to train is also an option)
In-Depth knowledge and understanding of DOT/FMCSA/Safety guidelines and regulations.
Has strong decision-making skills.
Able to strive in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities:
Assist drivers with ELD, Logbook monitoring:
Log Retraining: As needed.
Harsh event/speeding: addressing and coaching as needed.
Communicating with drivers on new safety programs
Monthly review of CSA scores.
Data Q: violation disputing/ challenging.
Roadside inspections and ticket tracking, inputting on SS
Paying tickets and or citations as needed based on ORDP advice.
Driver File Compliance
Random drug testing
Updating Renewed CDL license on SS, Med-stop and saving in corresponding driver file folders.
Updating Medical cards on SS, Med-stop and saving in corresponding driver file
Monitoring Samba safety for any changes on driver CDL status.
Clearinghouse limited query processing
Annual MVR processing
DOT VOE’s
Driver calls and communication minimum once a week.
Terminating Drivers on systems (as needed)
Pay based on experience.
Monday -Friday
In office
Paid vacation time.
