A real estate development company needs carpenters specifically skilled in commercial, metal framing to do the metal stud framing of the walls on a commercial buildout. The project is a large, long-term commercial buildout in downtown Chicago that consists of many apartment units. The framers must be extremely experienced in metal framing in particular, must focus on metal framing in their carpentry work, and must know what the City of Chicago inspectors expect to pass framing inspections. Carpenters with only wood stud framing experience will not be considered.
Companies will be considered only if they are small with low overhead and perform the work themselves, rather than subcontracting it out. Handyman service companies that serve multiple customers will not be considered.
