Exterior Ceramic paint company is looking for experienced and motivated person for production managers position.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
1. Planning and scheduling painting project start date.
2. Monitoring workmanship to ensure quality.
3.Assist contractors in problem solving.
4. Develop and complete "punch list" items.
5.Handle maintenance issues for past projects, as they arise.
6.Communicate with clients throughout the installation process-updating them with progress, anticipating and addressing concerns, making sure of successful job completion.
7.Reviewing and submitting invoices for payments.
8. Material preparation at the warehouse. (Mixing paint etc.)
We offer weekly salary and monthly bonuses, company vehicle, paid business expenses, paid cell phone, health insurance available after trial period. Annual income 65K +
