Service Technician Job Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair large, industrial batteries and chargers.
Occasional Installation work, from monitoring systems to entire charging areas
Travel to customer facilities to service batteries and chargers during work hours.
Perform all assigned planned maintenance on customer equipment.
Maintain a company service van and its inventory.
Maintain work order process on tablet.
Service Technician/Mechanic Qualifications:
High school diploma or associate degree, clean, professional appearance.
Valid Illinois driver's license required with GOOD driving record required.
Must pass company paid medical and drug screening test.
Mechanical and electrical aptitude, knowledge of electrical/electronic systems.
Read and understand electrical schematics
Previous electrical repair, auto repair, welding experience a plus.
Lifting to 50 pounds based on work needs will be required.
Good written/verbal communication and customer care skills.
