Job Summary:

As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business, building and maintaining client relationships, and providing expert advice on insurance products and services. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping clients identify their insurance needs and recommending appropriate coverage options. Candidate would be required to obtain insurance licenses through the state of Illinois.

Responsibilities:

Prospect and Generate Leads: Identify and pursue potential clients through various methods, including networking, cold calling,

referrals, and online marketing.

Conduct Client Consultations: Meet with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide personalized recommendations.

Present and Explain Insurance Products: Clearly and effectively communicate the features, benefits, and costs of various insurance

policies.

Close Sales and Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics.

Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Provide exceptional customer service and build long-lasting relationships with clients.

Process Applications and Policy Renewals: Ensure accurate and timely processing of insurance applications and policy renewals.

Stay Up to Date on Industry Trends: Continuously learn about new insurance products, regulations, and industry trends.

Maintain Accurate Records: Keep detailed records of client interactions, sales activities, and policy information.

Participate in Training and Development: Attend company training sessions and industry events to enhance knowledge and skills.

Adhere to Compliance Standards: Ensure all sales activities comply with relevant insurance regulations and company policies.
