C & H Installation Group is looking for a confident, sales-driven, goal-oriented, self-motivated candidate to fill a position as an In-Store Sales Lead Generation Specialist. This is a highly visible position having direct contact with prospective customers inside of our partner retail stores in the Chicagoland area. The main objective will be to approach customers, explain our service offerings, and schedule appointments for our sales team.
Job Requirements:
HS Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Excellent communication, written, interpersonal, and people skills
High energy and a positive attitude
Able to work in an entrepreneurial environment
Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel.
The main objective will be to approach customers, explain our service offerings, and schedule appointments for our sales team.
Must be comfortable initiating conversations and engaging customers within an in-store setting.
Must be able to approach customers with professionalism and confidence.
Ability to manage time effectively.
Proficiency in relationship building with customers, as well as, store management and personnel.
1+ Years of prior sales and/or customer service with sales experience.
Willingness/ability to work flexible hours with some evenings, weekends and holidays.
Ability to stand and walk for 6 to 8-hour shifts approaching 100+ customers.
Valid Driver's License and personal transportation required.
Must be able to pass a Criminal and Financial background check and drug screen.
