We are currently hiring appointment setting/lead generation specialists. We only contact pre-qualified individuals who are interested in our services. Our office is located in downtown Chicago. However, we are hiring for a REMOTE position. We are seeking individuals who have at least 12 months or more of continuous employment in a appointment setting, telemarketing or lead generation role where your duties were primarily conducted by phone.
This position plays the critical role of pre-qualify contacts for a sales presentation of our services. As such, we require individuals who are able to handle objections and are not discouraged by rejection. We need people who can maintain their focus and call through our large database of potential clients for 6 hours per day with minimal downtime. Hours are 10am to 4pm CST, M-F (no weekends or major holidays). No overtime.
We require a firm commitment to professionalism. You will need to have a professional demeanor over the phone, as well as the ability to make 60-120 calls per day. You will be responsible for meeting all production quotas, including quotas for appointments set who meet our specific criteria.
