We’re looking for a motivated and personable Front Office Admin & Sales Representative to join our team and help grow our business.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist and educate customers on power washing equipment and supplies
Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries via email
Process orders and manage inventory-related tasks
Generate and follow up on leads, including cold calling potential customers
Provide administrative support and maintain organized records
Work closely with the sales team to maximize revenue opportunities
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication and customer service skills
Sales experience (preferred but not required)
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated and comfortable with cold calling
Basic knowledge of pressure washing equipment is a plus (training provided)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
