Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation (BDC):
Respond to internet and phone inquiries, managing 20–30 leads daily.
Schedule dealership visits and follow up to boost engagement.
Ensure online car listings are accurate with high-quality photos.
Sales:
Help customers on the sales floor find their perfect vehicle.
Convert leads into vehicle sales with confidence and enthusiasm.
Provide exceptional support throughout the buying process, ensuring customer satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For:
Fluent in Spanish and English (required).
Retail or customer service experience (e.g., electronics, clothing, or phone sales).
Strong communication skills and a passion for connecting with people.
Comfortable with long hours and a fast-paced environment.
Compensation & Benefits:
Hourly pay starting at $18 hour plus performance bonuses.
Earn $800–$1,200 weekly inc. bonuses.
Flexible schedules for part-time and full-time positions.
