The Leasing Consultant is responsible for providing excellent customer service representation. The primary responsibility is to greet visitors, present the features and benefits of the apartment community in a professional manner, and properly secure lease agreements
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Greeting, qualifying, touring and closing prospects.
Proactively manage outreach and lead generation, converting leads into leases. This includes interacting with neighborhood groups and community organizations.
Provide a professional, positive and engaging experience for prospects while touring the apartment homes and community.
Assist in the preparation of marketing material to include newsletters, market surveys and resident activities.
Uses property management software to track availability, record traffic and leasing activities, management resident and prospect data, and capture demographic information about existing and future residents.
Processing applications, leases and move-in paperwork.
Must assist and/or work during onsite events as needed.
Improve resident retention and assist with securing renewals from existing residents.
Walk tour route and show apartment homes ensuring they are up to Company's standards, perform sparkle cleaning as necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION:
Minimum 1-year experience in similar role or related customer service field
Ability to multi-task and quickly adapt to change
Weekends required
