Smaller real estate development and property management company in the Fulton Market Neighborhood, looking for a part time property manager. We manage 100,000 SF of office and retail tenants in vintage loft buildings. An ideal candidate will be able to do leasing tours, handle tenant turnovers, access, respond, route and track tenant repairs to our in-house maintenance team or getting bids/proposals and managing 3rd party contractors for larger projects such as replacing roofs, HVAC systems, etc. Create materials lists for the following week's maintenance repairs, and have delivered or picked up. Candidate will inspect the buildings weekly for cleanliness and order, as well as inspect completed maintenance repairs or projects.
Spanish is a plus.
