General Contracting Firm is seeking a Full-Time Time-tracking & Bookkeeping Clerk (this is not a remote position). Looking to hire as soon as possible. Job duties will include but not limited to:
Monitoring and correcting time-tracking data within online portal on daily basis
Compiling weekly timesheets and crew receipts report (via excel spreadsheet) for accountant for weekly crew pay
Post crew pay checks memo detail per weekly pay check per review and approval of accountant
Eventual goal - tying time-tracking with service call jobs and provide up to date data necessary for service call billing purposes
This job requires strong communication skills via phone, email, and texts as well as a thorough understanding of Word, Excel and email programs/apps. Strong Excel skills are required - ability to build and manipulate tables necessary. Ability to speak Spanish is necessary. Basic Quickbooks skills are required - at least two years experience. The position starts at $22/hr. Full time - Monday thru Friday 6am to 3pm and Saturdays 6am to 11am. The job will start immediately upon successful interview with Operations Manager.
