The ideal candidate will be passionate yet professional, empathetic, self-motivated, quick-thinking with a keen sense of business, with flexibility to pivot when necessary with a “no task is too small” mindset. Objective, thorough, and capable of juggling multiple and diverse responsibilities will be key for success. This is an exciting and fast moving position that requires someone who is able to think on their feet and is eager to provide solutions when asked to.

Key Responsibilities:

Participate in the overall administrative function and provide administrative assistance.

Provide lessons on Social Media and Computer functions, if needed.

Provide some social media management, if needed

Upkeep Database of names.

Create Invites and Keep Track

Collaborate on any special requests/projects with the Director of Operations and Founder/President.

Requirements:

The Basics:

Minimum of 3 years-experience in providing administrative assistance.

Excellent communication, listening, problem-solving, and proactivity.

Thrives in an environment with individuals from creative backgrounds.

Team player with an ability to take direction in a fast-paced environment.

A great communicator who can build strong working relationships with internal team.

Superior work ethic.

VERY comfortable with setting up/troubleshooting technology and providing quick lessons when necessary.

Position is mostly remote – some in person hours may be required but very few per month.

Be ready to work within our parameters.

Making sure that whatever the Founder & Director of Operations needs you will take care of it.

Position is 1099, Paid monthly, should be 2 to 3 hours per weekday, when traveling availibility is important before and after trip
