Key Responsibilities:
Participate in the overall administrative function and provide administrative assistance.
Provide lessons on Social Media and Computer functions, if needed.
Provide some social media management, if needed
Upkeep Database of names.
Create Invites and Keep Track
Collaborate on special requests/projects with the Director of Operations and Founder/President.
Requirements:
The Basics:
Minimum of 3 years experience in providing administrative assistance.
Excellent communication, listening, problem-solving, and proactivity.
Thrives in an environment with individuals from creative backgrounds.
Team player with an ability to take direction in a fast-paced environment.
A great communicator who can build strong working relationships with an internal team.
Superior work ethic.
VERY comfortable with setting up/troubleshooting technology and providing quick lessons when necessary.
The position is primarily remote – some in-person hours may be required, but very few per month.
