Our company specializes in several areas including both the exterior and interior of your property. The services we offer include snow & ice management, exterior building pressure washing, garage pressure washing, parking lot/garage sweeping, parking lot maintenance, property maintenance, general contracting, commercial lighting, irrigation installation/repair, concrete and asphalt and so much more.

We are looking for an energetic, team player that has a passion for problem solving, critical thinking, and directing day-to-day operations. You must be comfortable with change and adapt well under pressure to provide support and guidance to your team. The ideal candidate will have an ample amount of knowledge in our industry and be willing to take pride and ownership of their role. You must demonstrate initiative to monitor, delegate, and follow-up to deliver the highest level of service quality possible. Ultimately, we want someone who can create a more collaborative pace that will develop into a very stimulating and inspiring work environment.
Requirements:
MUST have experience in the concrete and asphalt industry
Outstanding communication skills with active listening skills
Provide quality service with exceptional customer service standards
Enjoy the energetic and sometimes intense operational tempo
Comfortable working with a computer for data entering, ordering, researching, and tracking,
Possess efficiency and initiative to work well independently
2-3 years dispatching experience (with snow and ice management a plus!)
PC proficient – Windows, Microsoft Word & Excel
Ability to track and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Responsibilities Include:
Primary management of our services
Daily inspections for Quality Control
Develop schedules for daily operations
Create and dispatch daily routes for each technician
Make any changes necessary that pertain to routes or work order spreadsheets
Update operational work logs
Handle operational inventory
Manage client relations as it pertains to operations
Establish and enforce a safe and heathy work environment
Gather and submit budget information
Set up any new hires into our service software - Service Fusion
Taking authority and responsibility to make operational decisions within span of control
Bonus skills:
Bilingual (English & Spanish)
Prior leadership roles within a similar type of industry
Experience working with Service Fusion
