The Workplace Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the day-to-day operations of the office run smoothly and efficiently. This role supports a positive employee experience by maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked workplace, managing vendor relationships, and assisting with office events and facilities-related projects.Key Responsibilities:Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming office environment.Manage office supplies, kitchen stock, and equipment to ensure availability and functionality.Serve as the primary contact for vendors, maintenance providers, and building management.Support facilities operations including seating plans, employee moves, and workspace setup.Coordinate mail and package delivery, shipping, and distribution.Organize office events, meetings, and catering as needed.Monitor cleanliness and appearance of common areas; escalate maintenance needs when necessary.Assist in workplace health and safety procedures, including emergency preparedness.Provide administrative support to leadership or other departments as assigned.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree preferred.
