Role Overview
This is a highly versatile role that blends front office hospitality, team support, project coordination, and digital marketing. You’ll be the first point of contact for job seekers, a key support for our recruiting team, and a driver of our marketing and lead generation efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Front Office & Team Support
Greet job seekers and visitors with professionalism and warmth
Answer and direct phone calls regarding job opportunities
Maintain a welcoming and organized lobby area
Support recruiters with scheduling, documentation, and candidate coordination
Assist with onboarding tasks and maintaining applicant and employee records
Operations & Technology
Manage multiple ongoing projects across recruiting and marketing functions
Use Apollo and other lead generation tools to identify prospective clients
Maintain organized systems for tracking candidates, clients, and internal workflows
Marketing & Content
Create and schedule content for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
Design and send marketing emails to prospective clients
Collaborate on monthly blog content for our website
Track engagement metrics and suggest improvements
Who You Are
Exceptionally organized and able to juggle multiple priorities
A natural communicator with a friendly, professional demeanor
Tech-savvy and comfortable with tools like Apollo, Canva, Mailchimp, and social platforms
Creative, resourceful, and proactive in solving problems
Experienced in administrative, marketing, or recruiting support roles
Passionate about helping people and contributing to a growing business
Qualifications
High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree a plus
3–5 years of experience in administrative, operations, or marketing support roles
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and a positive attitude are a must
