Full-Time Schedule:
Tuesday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, One-hour lunch break
Saturday, 8:30 AM –5:00 PM, Half-hour lunch break
$19.00/hr

Part-Time Schedule:
Thursday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM, One-hour lunch break
Saturday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Half-hour lunch break
We seek a detail-oriented and proactive Real Estate Administrative Assistant to join our team! In this role, you’ll play a vital part in keeping our operations running smoothly and supporting our real estate professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate team members.
Schedule property tours and appointments with prospective residents, ensuring seamless coordination.
Manage and update property listings and databases with accurate, up-to-date information.
Prepare marketing materials, such as flyers and brochures.
Provide general administrative support, including managing emails, calendars, and client correspondence.
Support the team with additional tasks as needed to ensure a high level of service during operating hours.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively.
Proficiency with office tools (e.g., Google Workspace and Microsoft Office) and basic tech-savvy skills.
Experience with scheduling and customer service is preferred.
Previous real estate experience is a bonus but not required.
