Our client is a financial services firm who is seeking an Office Manager to run their HQ office here in Chicago. This is an exciting role to be a part of an expanding office and be a part of a global office services team. You will be responsible for the day to day operations of the office, being a liaison to the building management and managing front desk personnel. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, collaborative team player and possess strong communication and project management skills.The Role:Provide office management services and maintain high performing staff with development of ReceptionistMaintain orderly office spaceManage budget and approval of invoicesOversee management and servicing of office equipmentMaintain inventory of furniture and support office buildout projectsFacilitate implementation of new office policies and proceduresManage office vendor relationship an contract negotiationManagement catering of daily office lunch and special eventsHandle special projects and ad hoc eventsYou:Bachelor's Degree preferred3+ years of experience in office management or facilities; preferably in professional services1+ year of experience managing peopleStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteDemonstrate strong initiative and willingness to go beyond what is requiredBeacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
