We're Hiring! – Office Help for Growing Polish Flooring Company
We are a small but fast-growing flooring company based in the Chicagoland area, currently run from our home, with plans to move into a dedicated office soon. We are looking for someone reliable and proactive to help us manage our daily operations and grow with us!
Position: Office Assistant / Customer Service & Marketing
Location: Remote for now (in-person once we secure an office)
Hours: Part-time or full-time (let us know your availability)
What You’ll Be Doing:
Answering phone calls and responding to emails
Scheduling flooring estimates with customers
Communicating with clients in a friendly and professional manner
Managing and updating our social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Google, etc.)
Helping organize our growing business operations
Assisting with marketing and customer service efforts
Who We’re Looking For:
✅ Speaks fluent Polish and English
✅ Punctual, responsible, and well-organized
✅ Comfortable with phones, emails, and basic computer tasks
✅ Experience in flooring, marketing, or customer service is a big plus – but we’re happy to train the right person
✅ Lives in the Chicago area
✅ Friendly, motivated, and excited to help grow a business from the ground up
