We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant with experience in accounting software and customer service. The ideal candidate will also have a strong background in scheduling and calendar management.
Responsibilities:
Use accounting software to process invoices, payments, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
Provide friendly, professional customer service in person, by phone, and via email.
Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings.
Perform general office duties, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Qualifications:
Proficient in accounting software (QuickBooks or similar).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication skills and customer service experience.
Previous scheduling and administrative experience required.
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
