Job Summary
We are seeking an Office Assistant to join our team! As an Office Assistant, the administrative responsibilities below describe the function.
The ideal candidate has excellent customer service skills, experience working in an office environment, strong organizational skills.
Responsibilities
sorting through general email box, assigning email/tasks to designated employees
office & business inventory ordering
ordering printed designs and picking up
organizing files/paperwork
updating client contact info and work orders
respond to general inquiries, gathering required information and providing basic knowledge of business
arranging/managing scheduled social media posts with Marketing Officer or social media person via Loomly
keep calendar up to do date with new projects, schedules, speaking engagements, conferences
assist President in registering for conferences, consultations, etc.
keeping basic paperwork up to date: licenses, notices
Qualifications
Great customer service skills
Strong Communication Skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Familiarity with computer programs, such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Adobe and all technologies (Apple, Android)
Valid Driver's License
