Overview
Candidtaes must be able to greet and assist customers in person and over the phone, coordinate appointments and services, and process service-related paperwork. Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures, preparing payroll, controlling correspondence, designing filing systems.
Responsibilities:
Candidtaes must be able to provide weekly updates to; clients, Xactanalysis, Alacnet, Contarctor Connections and Accuserve. They will collect payment and complete payment processing transactions, maintain billing records and invoices, and handle light bookkeeping duties. Order supplies and equipment; maintain service contracts, company licenses and certifications.
Qualifications:
Candidates must have minimum two years experience with the following: Quickbooks, Alacnet, Xactanalysis and construction company office processes.
