ALYCE Paris is looking for a bi-lingual (Spanish speaking) International Client Services/Operations Associate
This position reports to the Int’l Account & Client Services Director
Job Description
Goal: delight customers by answering their needs with a positive attitude; provide customers solid answers within 36 hours; never lose a full-price sale; provide error-free, timely paperwork that shipping needs to complete fulfillment; solve issues proactively so customers don’t complain; avoid costly returns of product
Customer Service:
know the product assortment by heart
answer calls and any inquiries
order entries
track POs from USA to China for Canada and International accts
update records in the AS400
run credit cards
Receiving
Goal: error-free enrouting
Enroute shipments based on Cherry’s paperwork
Receive shipments when they come in
Print & organize the pick tickets
Print delay tickets
Receive and invoice International shipments
Review vendor invoices for accuracy
Returns:
Assist logging in returns
Check with senior customer service if return is justified, then issue call tag or RA#
Open returns boxes and determine if items can go back to stock or need repair first.
Write up repair slip
Inspect repairs, return satisfactory repair to inventory
Update inventory as needed
Rebag and re-seal returns
Miscellaneous:
make sure Q2 and P8 printers have paper
file stock orders
invoicing help in the shipping dept when they need help
Assist marketing with proofing/editing catalogs against info in AS400
Review price lists for accuracy
Check retail portal for accuracy
assisting when help is needed in other areas when possible
