A small established property management company is looking for a strong administrative assistant to be the supportive backbone for the office. This person is the first point of contact for our clients and must have strong verbal and written communication skills. They must be reliable, well organized, know how to screen calls, be able to multi-task and problem solve, work independently and have good time management, etc. Property management/real estate experience is not required but is a plus. Job duties include but are not limited to
· Answering phones
· Assigning & closing out tenant work orders using Appfolio
· Sorting mail
· Filing/scanning of documents to network
· Preparing and sending of residential lease documents for electronic signature
· Process outgoing mail/packages
· Track tenant and vendor certificates of insurance
· AP/AR duties including coding invoices for approval, input of invoices into Appfolio for payment, cutting checks, inputting rent checks into accounting software, etc.
Salary is based on experience.
