Industry leading bearing wholesaler / manufacturer is seeking an experienced warehouse Order Picker.
Primary responsibilities include:
Retrieve work orders from computer system
Review order for understanding
Locate item in whse based on location on work order
Pick correct number of items and place in bag. Visual inspect items for cracks, deformities, etc. Add label to bag.
Place bagged items in appropriate size carton, close pick ticket and advance carton to packing area.
Complete assigned housekeeping, supply stocking and stock maintenance tasks
Other general warehouse duties as assigned
The ideal candidate will
be a motivated team member
possess a high school degree
have a min 2 years of experience in fast paced warehouse environment (must)
have hands-on experience with computer systems (must)
have good math and communication skills - read, speak and write english
be able to lift min 50#’s (must)
possess ability to learn additional skills
