Litigation Legal Assistant

Beacon Hill Legal is seeking an experienced Litigation Legal Assistant to support a dynamic trial and litigation team at a leading law firm in downtown Chicago. This hybrid role requires 2-3 days in-office weekly and offers a salary starting at$80K+ DOE. Responsibilities:Provide administrative and legal support to attorneys, including drafting and proofreading legal documents.File pleadings in state and federal courts, including e-filing in Illinois collar counties.Manage attorney calendars, schedule hearings, and track deadlines.Assist with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and preparing binders.Handle billing, client correspondence, and attorney expense reporting.Qualifications:10+ years of litigation experience, including trial preparation and court filings.Strong organizational, communication, and technology skills (Microsoft Word, Excel).Familiarity with iManage/FileSite and Indiana court systems is a plus.This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of Chicago's most vibrant legal teams.
